QuickQ WIFI Troubleshooting

Try the following in the stated order:

  1. Is the QuickQ console or QuickQ rack WIFI turned on? See this link
  2. Ensure you are using the latest Stable Console Software AND have the latest QuickQ Remote APP on your tablet or phone. Console Software Link
  3. WiFi networks or devices nearby may be interfering with the built-in WiFi. Change the WIFI channel on the console. See this link in the QuickQ manual.
  4. Boost the signal: Install an external WIFI Router See this link

Alternative Solution

  1. Use a Hardwired connection to the remote tablet/phone. See this link: Connecting the Remote App via Ethernet
  2. Use a Hardwired connection to a Laptop or other computer. When you download QuickQ Designer from our website at this link, you can also install the QuickQ Remote App for Windows or Mac computers and use that.
