MagicDMX - No DMX Output

• V10 MagicDMX Fulls in box of 10 for retail sale are known to be defective.
• Status Lights: If the red LEDs on the device are solid rather than flashing, this is likely a failed unit, investigate the version and check for V10.

if you have this issue, and your version is V10. Contact the vendor with who you made the original purchase to arrange  a replacement.
