How to Report a Bug on the Bugtracker

Reporting Information

If reporting a bug please follow the bug report structure below:

1. Please provide a step-by-step to reproduce your issue. Also, how did you program your issue? See example below.
2. Upload a show file to run the step-by-step. The .shw file and a .xhw file.
3. Provide your expected outcome and provide the actual outcome seen.
4. A video is often helpful, but it is not an acceptable substitute for the step-by-step.

Example:

Steps to reproduce:

• Open the uploaded show file test1.shw
• Select Layout
• Raise Fader PB2
• Step through cues to cue 3

Expected result: Color Bounce forward between Amber and Blue.

Actual result: Color Bounce goes through white first, then Amber and Blue.
