issue with Core Integration in Windows 10 and Windows 11

Core Integration needs to be turned off for access to the USB converter used by the legacy PC wing, mini wing, and the Dual DMX products.

It may also be necessary to disable a setting in windows called "smart app control" that wasn't permitting MagicQ to write to the documents folder. With those 2 settings disabled the software should work as intended
