Pro2014 BIOS Settings
This Doc applies to MQ100/200/300 Pro2014 Series consoles only.
When the BIOS settings have been lost the console will boot with what appears to be a white screen on the internal display.
Connect a VGA monitor to the VGA1 (Lower VGA port) on the rear of the console.
A USB or PS2 keyboard is also required.
- After connecting the VGA monitor and keboard, power on the console.
- press DELETE on the keyboard to enter the BIOS.
- Once in the BIOS settings go to the 'SAVE & EXIT' menu option
- Select 'Restore Defaults'
- After selecting Restore Defaults confirm the option to 'Load optimized Defaults'
- navigate to Chipset > North Bridge LVDS Config Select
- Select DPO Output Mode (will be disabled by default).
- Change this to Enabled.
- Now navigate to Save & Exit, At the top of the page

Select Save Changes and Exit and confirm.

Console will restart with internal display working.
contact Chamsys Support ([email protected]) for further assisstance. A console regularly dropping its BIOS settings would indicate that the CMOS battery should be replaced.
