QuickQ - Find and send log files for support

To save Log Files from the Quick Q console, insert a USB thumb drive (formatted Fat32, 16GB or smaller) into the USB port on the rear of the console. Then, from the Main Menu

Select Settings

Then Update

Then Run Start Up App

Then More Options

Then Save Logs to USB Stick

Remove the USB drive transfer the zip file to your computer, and email the file to ChamSys support:
