Importing live calendars into Microsoft Outlook or Office 365
Office 365 or Outlook on Mac or Windows
First, you must sign in to Outlook on the Web (OWA) or Office356 online via a browser and add the calendar there. The imported calendar will then be visible on your desktop app versions of Outlook. The calendar is "live" using this method and changes made by the owner of the calendar will sync. Do NOT use Add Calendar.
1. login into Office 365 on the web and go to calendars and then in the sidebar use import calendar
2. Select "From Web"
3. Copy and paste the link into the "Link into the Calendar" Section and give the calendar a name
4. Select Import.
Now your office 365 linked Outlook apps will have this calendar available to select the next time you open them.
