MQ 80 external monitor setup

In Setup, 

View System,

View Monitors 

set Monitor 1 to the required resolution in the Resolution column, and enable it. You will be asked to restart - confirm No and set up the Type field.


Set the Type field to VGA or DVI depending on which input socket you are using on your monitor - VGA or DVI

After configuring View Systems, View Monitor, the external monitor may still be showing as a clone of the internal monitor. 
Power the console off and on for the changes to take effect.
